Glofox had built a powerful all-in-one management platform for fitness businesses, from boutique studios to global gym chains. But as the company scaled internationally, the gap between its ambition and its visual identity became hard to ignore. The brand felt like a startup app. The business had outgrown it.

THE THINKING
The central challenge wasn't aesthetic, it was one of range. The identity needed to work for a solo yoga instructor and a franchise operator without feeling generic to either. We anchored the work around a single idea: limitless potential. Not as a tagline, but as a design constraint. We also defined a brand personality we called the Motivating Coach: authoritative enough to be trusted, human enough to be approachable.

THE WORK
The result was a unified system spanning visual identity, product UI, and digital touchpoints, built to flex across contexts without losing coherence. Motion became a functional layer rather than decoration, and the iconography was designed as a scalable system from the start. Since launch, Glofox has grown to over 30,000 customers.
